What does the role look like? Ops * Ensure data accuracy and integrity in employee records in HR database throughout Employee Life Cycle events * Assist with preparing HR reports and analysis * Support digital transformation projects by helping to automate HR processes and improve operational efficiency  * Support in ensuring that all on-boarding and off-boarding documents for employees are collated and properly maintained in the personnel files * Support in ensuring that all HR policies, practices and initiatives are in compliance and aligned with the business requirements.  * Assist in preparing payroll-related documents and employee claims * Assist in managing leave records and benefits administration * Support other HR projects and adhoc tasks as needed C&B * Supporting annual processes such as salary increment and bonus review. * Handling and processing C&B related purchase orders, invoices and re-charging activities/documentation. * Administrating C&B and other HR related activities, as needed. What are we looking for? * Undergraduate with a background in Human Resource, Business, or other related fields * Good interpersonal skills to influence and adapt communication style to different situations and individuals * Passion in AI, Automation and analyzing problems to build creative solutions * Familiar with Microsoft Office, Power BI and data visualization tools
