Overall Job Role We are looking for interns who have the thirst for learning and eager to level up to experience real work-life culture in our organization while building their professional knowledge in HR. This internship will give you the opportunity to understand on HR Administration/Shared Services processes in order to deliver best in class HR services, products and systems in line with business needs, HR Shared Services plans, service quality standards and budgets. Key Roles Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees. Support the payroll team in maintaining accurate employee records (e.g., attendance, leave, overtime). Help verify timesheets and ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements. Participate in audits and reconciliation of payroll data. Assist in generating payroll reports and summaries for internal use. Support the team in responding to employee payroll-related queries. Always maintain confidentiality and data integrity. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the payroll team. Requirements Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field. Able to do at least 6 Months Internship. Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion. Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team environment.
