About the Role As an HR Recruitment Intern, you will be the backbone of our Talent Acquisition team. This role offers a "behind-the-scenes" look at how a company grows. You will assist in the end-to-end hiring process—from identifying potential talent to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires. Key Responsibilities Your daily tasks will involve supporting the recruitment lifecycle to ensure we find the best fit for our team: Sourcing & Research: Identifying potential candidates through job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.) and social media. Job Posting: Drafting and posting job advertisements on various platforms and internal career pages. Resume Screening: Reviewing applications against job requirements to shortlist high-potential candidates. Interview Coordination: Scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, managing calendar invites, and sending confirmation emails. Candidate Experience: Acting as a point of contact for candidates, ensuring they receive timely updates and a positive impression of the company. Database Management: Keeping our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) up to date with candidate notes and status changes. Employer Branding: Assisting with career fairs, campus recruitment drives, or social media content to promote company culture. Requirements & Skills We are looking for a motivated individual who is passionate about people and organizational growth. Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (essential for candidate outreach). Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or Google Workspace. Familiarity with LinkedIn is a plus. Organization: Strong ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Discretion: Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
