About Job: To assist on HRBP administrative matters while exposing trainee with the work processes and allow him/ her to gain knowledge on HR practices. Main responsibilities include, but not limited to: - HRBP; • Supporting the Human Resources Business Partner in delivering projects. • Support other COEs within People & Culture Department (if necessary) for broader HR exposure. • Support the management of change process with advice, guidance and liaison with affected employees under the guidance of HRBP’s. • Provide advice on people issues and coordinate with COEs to optimize efficiencies within a matrix organization. • Attending day-to-day issues raise by employees. • Provide support for tasks and assignments as and when they are assigned, ensuring timely and effective completion. About you: • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or equivalent. • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia • Good interpersonal and writing skills with the ability to communicate effectively. • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision. • Dynamic, attention to details and have passion in Human Resource field.
