We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling training programs and development initiatives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling training programs and development initiatives. Support the maintenance of training calendars, attendance records, and training databases. Support the administration of the performance appraisal process. Follow up with departments to ensure timely completion of performance-related activities. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate student or recent graduate in HR, Business Management, Psychology or a related field. Strong interest in Learning & Development and Performance Management. Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work effectively in a team.
Responsibilities
The intern will assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling various training programs and development initiatives for the organization. This includes supporting the maintenance of training records and administering the performance appraisal process.
