Assist in the collection, cleaning, and analysis of HR data to identify trends and insights. Support the development of HR dashboards and reports to visualize key HR metrics. Contribute to the implementation of digital HR tools and systems. Research and recommend innovative solutions to improve HR processes and data management. Assist in the creation of presentations and documentation to communicate data-driven insights to HR stakeholders. Support the HR team in various digital and data-related projects Qualifications 👤 What We’re Looking For (Qualifications & Skills) Students currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, or a related field. Familiarity with data analysis tools such as Excel, PowerBI, or other statistical software. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
