Job Description As HR intern, you would be assigned to learn and assist in various HR processes, such as administrative tasks, upkeep records & scheduling interviews, manage job ads, and assist in the implementation of company policies. Responsibilities: Files documents and assist to handle employee inquiries. Mini-projects assignment e.g. process improvement. Schedules interviews and confirms applicant availability, on-boarding administration. Active participation in employees networking and engagement activities. Performs ad hoc tasks as required Qualifications Enrolled in a university or college program at Degree level such as Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communications, or relevant. Proficient in MS Office. Able to demonstrate professional work ethic. Good interpersonal and organizational skill. This position is based in Pasir Gudang.
