KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Overlooking meal arrangements with the canteen staff. * Keep records on transportation, canteen management and cleaning staff up to date and keep the * line manager informed. * Support meal arrangements with the canteen staff, Administration functions.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate degree in HR or Management * Proficiency in Excel Effective * Flexibility and ability to work well in a team * Good & clear communication skills ‐ written & verbal * Computer literacy MS Office - Excel, word, PowerPoint * English and Sinhala language proficiency
Responsibilities
The intern will manage meal arrangements with canteen staff and maintain up-to-date records for transportation and cleaning staff. They will also provide general support for administration functions and keep the line manager informed.
