About the team you are joining
Reporting to the PPD Specialist, the incumbent will support the day-to-day Human Resources operations in Geneva HQ office.
This position will be part of the Human Resources team (called People, Performance and Development - PPD). You will be working closely with the PPD Specialist and local PPD team and will also interact with PPD colleagues from other IATA international locations – especially Montreal.

What your day would be like

  • Assist with employee’s onboarding and offboarding tasks;
  • Input employee data in HR systems;
  • Help with managing Geneva employee benefits;
  • Support with some recruitment activities: interview scheduling, reference checks, background checks;
  • Process attestation letters and other documents as required;
  • Handle employee queries and provide advice on PPD policy, procedures and best practices;
  • Compile and maintain paper and digital employee records;
  • Support PPD Specialist on administrative activities and processes as requested.

We would love to hear from you if

  • You are a recent graduate, within the last 12 months, in the fields of human resources management or business administration;
  • Excellent administrative and organizational skills, with a strong focus on quality and high attention to details;
  • Be able to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact effectively internationally and cross-culturally;
  • At ease with MS Office products, especially Word and Excel;
  • Fluent in English. Knowledge of French is an asset.
