Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Assist the team with scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates and hiring managers Maintain candidate databases and update the ATS Assist with job postings on various job boards Support administrative tasks within the HR department, including submission of invoices, prepare HR reports and daily ad-hoc tasks Support the planning of activities/events in office (Chinese New Year, End Of Year party etc) Provide support with additional tasks as needed by the team Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,Business Management or a related discipline. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is preferred. Strong proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Positive and enthusiastic, with a strong willingness to work collaboratively and actively engage with others.
