Intern ‐ Human Resources (Based at MAS Shadeline – Mahiyanganaya ) The Activewear Value Stream delivers high-performance sportswear and athleisure solutions designed for technical functionality, durability and everyday versatility— serving sports, lifestyle and performance segments. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in Analyzing and monitoring module wise carder requirements. * Update and maintain ER reports, records, and charts. * Support in generating reports in SAP system and sharing them with relevant stakeholders as required. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or Business Management. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficient in MS Office packages and create presentations.

Responsibilities

The intern will assist in analyzing and monitoring module-wise carder requirements and be responsible for updating and maintaining employee relations reports, records, and charts. They will also support generating necessary reports within the SAP system and sharing them with stakeholders.
