KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Prepare, maintain, and manage reports and presentations. * Act as a liaison between the Employee Relations (ER) team and team members (TMs). * Address and resolve grievances promptly and effectively * Coordinate and support HR initiatives and employee engagement activities. * Assist with administrative tasks and maintain accurate records. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Fresh graduate or undergraduate in Human Resource Management or Business Management. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. * Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively. * A proactive attitude with attention to detail.
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for preparing, maintaining, and managing reports and presentations while acting as a liaison between the Employee Relations team and team members. Key duties also involve addressing grievances, coordinating HR initiatives, and assisting with administrative tasks and record keeping.
