KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  * Actively participate in the recruitment process, from assist in sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring experience. * Support the onboarding of new employees and actively participate in organizing company events. * Fostering positive employee relations by assist in addressing concerns, promoting engagement, and contributing to a collaborative work environment. * Assist and support the planning and execution of training and development programs to enhance employee skills and drive professional growth. * Assist in the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate compensation while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. KEY REQUIREMENTS  * Undergraduate or Graduate Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management * Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal, enabling effective communication in a professional environment. * Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with the ability to efficiently use Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for data management, reporting, and presentations.
Responsibilities
The intern will actively participate in the recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, while also supporting employee relations and organizing company events. Responsibilities also include assisting with the planning and execution of training programs and supporting the accurate processing of payroll.
