KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee training and development programs. Manage employee relations. Coordinate recruitment processes. Maintain accurate employee data and HR records for efficient tracking and reporting. Assist in HR analytics using Power BI to generate insights for decision-making. Support engagement initiatives to boost team morale and productivity. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management. Strong communication and coordination skills. Knowledge in Power Bi. Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
The intern will oversee training and development programs, manage employee relations, and coordinate recruitment processes. Additionally, they will assist in HR analytics and support engagement initiatives.
