KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Identify, analyze and document the training needs in a timely and accurate manner. Maintain and update all T&D related documentation, ensure accuracy of same, file them in a systematic manner whilst, following. Assist in MAS Active’s internal training faculty activities and follow up on the development of the 2nd layer of internal trainers. Follow up, track and analysis skill achievement, pre & post evaluations and knowledge sharing in a regular basis. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Diploma/Degree in social studies / Business studies/ HR etc.. Knowledge of Microsoft office package. Communication Skills.
Responsibilities
