This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands-on experience while accelerating your personal development.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in maintaining positive workplace relationships by supporting communication, resolving minor concerns, and promoting a collaborative environment. * Support HR initiatives such as training coordination, employee engagement activities, and documentation to enhance workforce development. * Contribute to programs that empower women and promote social responsibility, including organizing events and supporting related projects. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate or fresh graduate in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related field from a reputable university. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate across departments. * Good organizational and time-management abilities. * Enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to learn in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
The intern will assist in maintaining positive workplace relationships by supporting communication, resolving minor concerns, and promoting collaboration. Responsibilities also include supporting HR initiatives like training coordination, employee engagement, and contributing to social responsibility programs.
