This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands-on experience while accelerating your personal development.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, leave, EPF/ETF) * Support payroll preparation by updating employee data accurately * Help identify and correct errors in attendance and HR systems * Assist in preparing HR reports and documents * Support employee requests and maintain confidentiality * Help in recruitment activities (job postings, coordinating interviews) * Assist in employee engagement events and welfare activities * Handle basic employee queries and escalate when needed * Support HR team in daily administrative tasks * Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain records properly * Promote a positive and safe work environment   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate or recent graduate in Human Resource Management. * Strong communication and negotiation skills. * Knowledge in MS Office package * Detail-oriented with good organizational abilities. * Proactive and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.  
Responsibilities
The intern will assist in maintaining employee records, payroll preparation, and HR reporting. Additionally, they will support recruitment activities, employee engagement events, and general administrative tasks.
