Intern - Human Resources (MAS VAANAVIL BASED AT KILINOCHCHI) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and analyze indirect absenteeism trends. Implement strategies to reduce absenteeism and improve employee retention. Process death donation claims promptly and accurately. Coordinate with families and relevant departments to ensure timely disbursement and resolution. Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement initiatives. Foster a positive workplace culture through regular events and feedback mechanisms. Maintain records of VOP and Ensure timely follow-up and resolution of team member concerns. Liaise with insurance providers to track the status of claims and communicate updates to employees and assist in resolving issues efficiently. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Business management, Human Resource Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
