Intern-Human Resources (MAS Intimates-Rathmalana) MAS Intimates, the largest division of MAS Holdings, provides design and manufacturing solutions for leading global lingerie brands. Empower transformation by becoming a driving force of change at MAS as we are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to join MAS Intimates as an Intern-Human Resources. Key Responsibilities: Assist in planning and conducting new employee onboarding and induction programs to ensure a smooth transition. Support the coordination and scheduling of training and development programs. Contribute to organizing internal events and activities that foster employee engagement. Assist in employee engagement and relations initiatives to enhance workplace culture. Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation. Assist in preparing HR-related reports, presentations, and communications. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Provide day-to-day administrative support to the HR department. Qualifications: A Degree or currently pursuing an undergraduate in Business Management, Human Resources, or a related discipline. Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
