Key Responsibilities Product Insights & Performance Analytics Performance Tracking: Manage and optimize dashboards to monitor the health of our service offerings and product features. Data Storytelling: Interpret raw marketing data to identify trends, churn risks, and expansion opportunities, presenting findings to the PMM team. A/B Testing Support: Assist in designing and analyzing experiments for product landing pages and email campaigns to improve conversion rates. Market Intelligence & Competitive Strategy Competitor Benchmarking: Conduct deep-dive analysis into the business solutions landscape to identify gaps in our current offerings versus competitors. Customer Segmentation: Use data to help define and refine our Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) and personas for specific service lines. Market Trends: Monitor industry shifts in "Business Services as a Subscriptions" to ensure our product positioning remains cutting-edge. Go-To-Market (GTM) & Content Optimization Evidence-Based Messaging: Collaborate with the creative team to ensure marketing assets (decks, one-pagers, case studies) are backed by recent data and customer success metrics. Sales Enablement: Support the creation of product guides that help the sales team articulate the value of our business solutions. Lifecycle Marketing: Analyze the customer journey to identify touchpoints where data-driven content can reduce friction and improve the user experience. Cross-Functional Collaboration Feedback Loop: Act as a liaison between the Analytics and Product teams to ensure customer feedback is being integrated into future service iterations. Project Management: Support the execution of product launches, ensuring all analytical tracking is in place prior to "Go-Live."  
Responsibilities
The intern will manage performance dashboards, interpret marketing data to find trends and opportunities, and assist in designing and analyzing A/B tests for product landing pages and emails. They will also conduct competitor analysis, refine customer profiles, and monitor market shifts in subscription services.
