KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Attend meetings for new customer inquiries and product development projects to understand requirements.  * Assist in preparing accurate SMV (Standard Minute Value) calculations and costing information for new styles.  * Provide updated SMV breakdowns to factories to support capacity planning and machine allocation.  * Prepare and share accurate Tech Pack information, including final SMVs and sewing construction details, within deadlines.  * Support factories by clarifying sewing methods, SMV calculations, and addressing production-related concerns.  * Help identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.  * Assist in resolving issues during production start-up and ongoing production by coordinating with relevant teams.  * Follow company systems, standard procedures, and standardized methods to ensure consistency and accuracy across all styles and customers.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate or Graduate in Physical Science, Operations Management, Textile Engineering or Industrial Engineering. * Ability to effectively communicate information in a clear and professional manner, both verbally and in writing, to engage stakeholders and ensure alignment. * Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, contributing positively to shared goals and supporting overall team success. * Proficiency in using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to efficiently manage documents, data, and presentations.  
Responsibilities
The intern will assist in calculating Standard Minute Values (SMV) and preparing costing information for new styles. They will also support factories with tech pack details and identify process improvements to increase production efficiency.
