This will be a great opportunity to further your subject knowledge and gain hands on experience while accelerating your personal development.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Support leadership teams during key development and integration stages such as Product Development Risk Assessment (PDRA), Molding Integration (MI), Factory Integration (FI), and Pre‑Production (PP) activities. * Help identify basic automation opportunities to simplify tasks and reduce skill dependency during the Pre‑Production (PP) stage. * Support efforts to optimize machine usage by identifying ways to reduce machine requirements for layouts and ensuring machines are available for production. * Support chassis‑based manufacturing and help track chassis planning hit rates. * Observe the shop floor to identify abnormalities and escalate issues to relevant team members for resolution. * Follow and support compliance, health, and safety procedures during all physical and chemical testing processes to help maintain zero accidents. * Support improvement projects aligned with the Manufacturing Operating System to meet required operational standards.   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field. * Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset. * Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.  
Responsibilities
The intern will support leadership teams during product development and integration stages while identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency. They will also monitor shop floor activities to resolve abnormalities and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
