Intern ‐ Industrial Engineering (Based at Silueta - Biyagama) Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specialises in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics, support decision-making, and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. * Support daily production and operational activities, ensuring smooth workflow execution and timely resolution of issues to meet performance targets. * Monitor workflows and analyze processes to identify inefficiencies, recommend improvements, and enhance overall productivity and quality. * Contribute to continuous improvement and cost reduction initiatives by supporting process optimization, automation efforts, and resource efficiency. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Bachelor’s degree (or ongoing undergraduate) in Industrial Engineering, Textile Engineering, Physical Science, Operations Management, or a related field. * Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting techniques, including familiarity with tools such as Excel, Power BI, or similar platforms. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and stakeholders. * Analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and the ability to interpret operational data.
