Intern - Industrial Engineering (BASED AT BIYAGAMA) Silueta (Pvt) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of MAS Holdings, specialises in no-sew bonding technology and advanced thermal moulding capabilities. With operations in Sri Lanka and additional facilities in India and Indonesia, Silueta supports a diversified workforce and continues to expand its global footprint to meet evolving market needs. Silueta provides seamless, high-performance designs for categories such as intimate wear and sportswear, offering premium apparel solutions crafted for both comfort and performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Analyze samples critically, prepare operation breakdowns, analyze motions, assign SMVs for operations using GSD system. * Create video database for standard operations. * Data installation for Process Engineering Platform (PEP). KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate in Statistics/ Physical Science/ Industrial Engineering. * Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

The intern will analyze samples to prepare operation breakdowns and assign SMVs using the GSD system. Additionally, they will create a video database for standard operations and handle data installation for the Process Engineering Platform.
