KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Collect and analyze production and operational data to identify improvement opportunities * Support industrial engineering projects related to process optimization and efficiency improvement * Prepare and present data analysis reports to relevant stakeholders * Facilitate meetings by preparing analytical materials and supporting discussions * Assist in audit preparation by compiling required data and documentation * Support continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment * Maintain accurate records and reports for performance tracking KEY QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES * Undergraduate or degree holder in Industrial Engineering * Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills * Ability to collect, interpret, and present operational data effectively * Good presentation and communication skills * Basic understanding of process improvement and efficiency concepts * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint) * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for collecting and analyzing production and operational data to pinpoint areas for improvement and supporting industrial engineering projects focused on process optimization and efficiency gains.
