Description

Intern - Industrial Systems Engineering (Based at Hanwella) Linea Aqua is a swimwear manufacturer, established as a joint venture between MAS Holdings and Speedo International in 2001. Linea Aqua operates across Sri Lanka and Vietnam, and in addition to swimwear, also offers activewear solutions to select customers, providing a comprehensive service across performance and lifestyle categories. Along with servicing its joint venture partner, Speedo, the company also services premier international brands such as In Private, Aerie, and Land’s End, and is the go-to manufacturer for high-performance swimwear worn by Olympic athletes. Job Responsibilities Assist in the movement, installation, and servicing of sewing machines. Support in repairing and setting up machines as required. Perform cleaning and attend to minor machine defects to ensure smooth operation. Skills and Qualifications G.C.E. Advanced Level qualification. Completion of a Sewing Machine Mechanic course or a related technical qualification.

Responsibilities

Assist in the movement, installation, and servicing of sewing machines. Support in repairing and setting up machines as required.
