Job Description Job Description SUMMARY/SCOPE OF POSITION Information Development includes the development, production, and delivery of information products in English, in support of Rockwell Automation software products. An Information Developer (A.K.A. Technical Writer) will be responsible for developing online Help systems, technical user manuals and guides, and any additional deliverables necessary to meet product specifications. You are currently pursuing bachelors or mater degree, graduating in 2026 or later. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Produce and maintain high-quality technical documentation (e.g. help files, release notes, user manuals, etc.) Research and resolve issues in a SAFe development environment Respond with urgency to the requests for information and technical assistance Communicate successfully on a geographically distributed global team EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Major & English proficiency: Majored in English-related fields (language and literature, translation, linguistics, etc.) Passed the Test for English Majors Band 8 (TEM-8) with a proficiency level of Good or above Rockwell Automation, Inc.
