Description
Position Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT/IS Summer Intern to support our Information Technology team within a regulated pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. This internship provides hands-on experience supporting business systems, infrastructure, data integrity, and end users in a GMP-regulated setting. The intern will gain exposure to enterprise systems, cybersecurity practices, validation processes, and IT support operations that directly impact manufacturing, quality, and compliance. Priority consideration will be given to candidates who are in their final year of study or have recently completed their degree. Job Responsibilities  * Assist with day-to-day IT support for business and manufacturing systems * Support user account management, system access controls, and documentation updates * Participate in system validation and documentation activities in accordance with GMP requirements * Assist with data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation * Support hardware/software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting * Contribute to IT process improvement initiatives * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Quality, Manufacturing, and Engineering * Document procedures, workflows, and system configurations Experience Requirements * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Basic knowledge of Windows environment and Microsoft 365 * Excellent communication skills * Familiarity with databases (SQL), Power BI, or similar reporting tools preferred * Understanding of networking fundamentals preferred * Interest in regulated industries or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred   Education Requirements * Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field * Entering final year of study or recent graduate (within the past 12 months preferred)
