An intern in PwC's ITRA (Information Technology Risk Assurance) Digital Audit team typically engages in a variety of tasks that blend traditional auditing with modern technology to assess and assure the integrity and reliability of clients' information systems. Here's an overview of some common responsibilities and activities for an intern in this area: IT Controls Testing: Assisting in the evaluation and testing of clients' IT systems and controls to ensure compliance with relevant standards and identify any risks or weaknesses. Data Analysis: Utilizing data analytics tools to examine large datasets, identify trends or anomalies, and provide insights that support the audit process. Cybersecurity Assessment: Supporting the assessment of clients' cybersecurity measures to ensure that their information assets are adequately protected against threats.
