Position Summary: An intern supports the assigned department by assisting with a variety of tasks, including special project assignments and active participation in project inspection and documentation, to gain practical experience and support their educational development. Immigration sponsorship or support (e.g. H1B, F-1 CPT/OPT/STEM OPT) is not available for this position, except for qualified candidates eligible for the TN visa classification. Compensation for this position is $20-$23/hourly, commensurate with experience, education and certifications. The provided range is a good faith estimate based on the requirements described within the job description. Essential Functions and Responsibilities * Help prepare drawings and sketches for documenting progress in construction ses * Support the creation of Inspectors Daily Reports * Assist with construction phase activities, including participating in site visits, supporting RFI responses, reviewing shop drawings, and helping update record drawings * Follow established quality control procedures and ask questions as needed * Develop basic inspection skills through hands-on experience * Participate in team meetings and collaborate with team members * Receive guidance and direction from supervisors and team leaders * Collaborate with engineers, Construction Project Supervisors, and other multidisciplinary team members Nonessential Functions and Responsibilities * Perform other related duties as assigned
