Responsibilities Department overview The debt capital markets team is composed of seasoned professionals who bring a wealth of experience and knowledge. The team focuses mainly on executing bond issuances in the primary market and monitoring these issuances in the secondary market.The DCM team specializes in private placements (with professional investors) for three types of financial products:Straight bonds (Euro PP)Convertible bonds (ORNANE, OCEANE…)Hybrid bonds (TSSDI) Roles and responsibilities ( but not limited to ) :•Preparing marketing materials•Preparing support documents required for bond issuance•Financial analysis of companies•Monitoring ongoing bond issuance projects•Weekly tracking of interest rate market trends•Participating in various tasks within the DCM department ----- LE DEPARTEMENT DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS Le département DCM est constitué de professionnels expérimentés. Son activité est axée principalement sur la réalisation d’émissions obligataires sur le marché primaire et le suivi de ces émissions sur le marché secondaire. Le département DCM est spécialisé dans les placements privés (auprès d’investisseurs professionnels) pour 3 typologies de produits financiers : Obligations simples(Euro PP) ; Obligations convertibles (ORNANE, OCEANE…) ; Obligations hybrides (TSSDI).
