Job Description The Interior Sales Designer will collaborate with internal teams and clients to design and execute workplace and corporate interior projects. The role combines design, project management, and sales support, ensuring creative and functional spaces that align with client needs and company standards. Job descriptions: I) Collaboration and coordination: To work with the internal real estate team to conceptualize space planning for new outlets. To work closely with the Business Development team to support new opportunities and complete RFPs. To collaborate with external consultants, including outsourced interior designers, through the design phase to project completion. To align with clients regularly during the detailed design phase. II) Design and presentation: To prepare and present design concepts, space planning, and costing proposals. To create material boards, sample boards, mock-ups, and material/product libraries. To develop client presentation decks and act as a workplace strategist to consult and offer office solutions. III) Project management and documentation: To assist the Project Manager with overall project management of new outlets. To maintain organized project files and documentation to ensure accuracy, consistency and compliance. To ensure design deliverables adhere to product standards and quality assurance policies and procedures. To communicate project updates to management and cross-functional teams, including project status, potential issues and risks. To host project meetings and client presentations as needed. To conduct site supervision and manage project costing from inception to completion. IV) Research and process improvement: To research design best practices. To incorporate learnings into design SOPs/playbook. V) Miscellaneous: To perform other additional tasks as assigned. Qualifications Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, Real Estate, Project Management or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate/workplace interior design (residential experience not considered). Strong client-facing, communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in coordinating design documentation, budgeting and managing deliverables. Additional Information An entrepreneurial mindset.
