Job Description Responsibilities: Conduct market research and business/investment feasibility on deal opportunities Support the team in macro and research on fund/investment opportunities Provide analytical support to the team in working out financial model Assist the team in understanding and mitigating deal risks and concerns Assist the team in preparing business/investment approval material Support the team on investment due diligence Assist the team on portfolio monitoring and investment performance of the assets and the fund Assist in any other ad-hoc projects or duties as assigned Requirements: Currently pursuing a Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or any other related disciplines Proficient in Power BI to create Dashboard, Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
