Key Tasks & Responsibilities Support the IT HRIS team in triaging and monitoring defects reported in HR systems Assist in incident management, including logging, tracking, and following up on tickets with internal stakeholders and external vendors Contribute to root cause analyses by gathering data, documenting findings, and supporting senior team members Help prioritize and classify issues based on business impact and urgency Collaborate with HR, IT, and business users to clarify issues Provide general operational support to ensure stability and performance of HRIS applications   Essential Requirements Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Data/Computer Science, HRIS, or a related field EU citizenship or valid work authorization within the EU Strong interest in HR systems, IT operations, and support processes Highly motivated, proactive, and eager to learn Good analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and structured way of working Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment Basic understanding of IT service management concepts (e.g., incident, problem, change) is a plus Familiarity with tools such as ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira) or HR systems is an advantage
