As the firm continues to grow and expand its capabilities, we’re offering an opportunity for students to gain hands-on experience within a leading investment firm and contribute to building the next generation of our technology platform. As a member of the Technology team, interns will assist with front-line support across employee hardware, core business applications, and critical third-party systems. This position provides hands-on exposure to enterprise IT operations in a fast-paced hedge fund environment, helping ensure a seamless technology experience for all users while learning best practices in technical support and service delivery. Key Responsibilities Assist in identifying, researching, and resolving basic technical issues under the guidance of senior team members Help deliver exceptional customer service & technical support to employees across the firm Support the setup and maintenance of computers, software, and user accounts in both office and cloud-based environments Participate in onboarding new users and preparing hardware/software for new hires Assist with documentation of common support procedures and technical setups Learn to deploy & support new IT tools and systems as part of the broader technology team Qualifications & Skills Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related technology field Strong desire to learn and take initiative when solving problems Excellent communication and teamwork skills Basic understanding of Windows systems, Microsoft 365, and general IT concepts Familiarity with collaboration tools such as Confluence, Jira, or Intune is a plus Attention to detail and good documentation habits Prior internship or relevant coursework experience is helpful but not required Interest in automation or PowerShell scripting is a plus
