Your Responsibilities The purpose of this position is to support staff and students in handling IT incidents and to oversee the operation of IT devices on campus and in classrooms. Reports to the IT admin to whom they can escalate complex cases. Key Activities & Responsibilities: IT Support for employees, teachers, and students Installation of computers and Software Technical support in events Classroom equipment checkup and support Handling support tickets Your profile Your profile: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. This internship is a mandatory part of your university studies. Basic experience on IT systems, Windows troubleshooting, network/wifi connectivity. Identify, prioritize, and resolve IT issues or transfer them accordingly to 2nd level support Strong communication skills, service orientation, teamwork, and problem solving skills Experience in the areas of application support (Windows, macOS), IT service, and helpdesk is an advantage.
