As an IT support intern, you will actively participate in various projects within the IT department, while developing your technical skills. You will have the opportunity to contribute to the integration and maintenance of technical solutions while supporting users in an international environment.

Salary: $18/hr

REQUIREMENTS

• Be enrolled in a program of study leading to a DEC or an AEC;
• Bilingualism in French and English.

• Assist in the deployment of workstations, software and patches remotely;
• Follow up on service requests and incidents;
• Participate in the integration and implementation of technical solutions;
• Provide support to users, adapting to their level of knowledge;
• Follow up with users and ensure user satisfaction.
