We are currently looking for an Intern to join our Knowledge & Research team, who is going to support TAM initiatives related to building, growing and retaining knowledge, as well as research assignments. This is an entry-level role that is the best fit for recent graduates who are keen to build an exciting career in Knowledge & Research.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Completed Bachelor degree
  • Interest in Knowledge & Research as a specialty area.
  • Excellent analytical and basic research skills.
  • Creativity, innovativeness, and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
  • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently in the absence of daily supervision, exercising sound judgment and initiative.
  • Ability to work in a multitasked, fast-paced, and changing environment.
  • High learning agility and aspiration to grow.
  • Knowledge of desktop computing tools such as Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
Responsibilities
  • Knowledge Organization Categorization: Support in developing and maintaining systems for organizing and categorizing information, ensuring resources are easy to find and navigate for users.
  • Content Development: Support the creation, editing, and updating of knowledge resources, including manuals, SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), FAQs, and knowledge articles.
  • Knowledge Sharing & Collaboration: Support in developing a culture of knowledge sharing through collaboration tools, document management systems, and internal knowledge repositories.
  • Data Analysis Reporting: Analyze knowledge management metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in knowledge usage and sharing.
  • Process Improvement: Recommend and implement best practices for knowledge management processes, enhancing workflow efficiency and improving overall knowledge sharing.
  • Training & Support: Support in providing training and guidance to employees on knowledge management tools and platforms, and assist with troubleshooting and support.
