About Self-Run Concepts in Food Services, FairPrice Group
Self-Run Concepts is a novelty F&B business unit that conceptualizes food concepts and drives a multi-brand portfolio. Besides its key brand Heavenly Wang - Singapore’s No. 1 Halal-Certified Asian cafe which has a local heritage of over 70 years, it also currently runs 7-Time Michelin Bib Gourmand Brand - Shi Hui Yuan, as well as CHOMP! - a new brand that was conceptualized to offer a variety of curry rice and local delights. In addition to these brands, we are also looking to expand and incubate more new and successful brands to the portfolio.

Position Overview:
More than just an intern, you are an integral partner of ours. As a key member of SRC’s Business Development team, you will support the Business Development team in conceptualizing, planning and executing business development campaigns, activations to drive footfall and revenue, and brand awareness for our multi-brand portfolio.
You will be part of the end-to-end planning, implementation of the marketing calendar and working closely with our internal and external resources.
You will work with agencies/in-house design team to conceptualize and develop impactful campaign collaterals & assets, including adaptations for social media, digital, on-site BTL POSM, merchandise.
You will manage and update the website and owned social media channels with content planning and copywriting
You will track performances/results of marketing campaigns; including collation of results from point-of-sale, stakeholders, research & other data sources.
You will assist with day-to-day business development and administrative matters. including coordination with vendors, agencies and internal stakeholders (business entities and corporate functions), preparation and coordinate distribution of marketing collaterals to outlets, facilitates any marketing activities for localised marketing, filming, photography, Public Relations.
You will do business development with corporate sales and sponsorships where needed.
You will drive financial growth across both brick-and-mortar and digital sales channels. You will lead brand development for our Emerging Brands, spearheading strategies that foster brand growth, market expansion, and increased profitability. Additionally, you will manage special projects that support SRC’s operational goals and long-term success.
