DESCRIPTION:

As a Talent and L&D intern at Inalfa Roof Systems Group, you will be part of the Global Talent Management & L&D team. You will be working closely together with the EU Learning & Development Expert and the Global Manager Talent and L&D.
During this internship, you have the possibility to provide support in all operational learning & development activities and in the implementation of a diverse set of global HR projects and processes (related to learning & development, culture talent management and performance management). Responsibilities
  • Your main focus will be on the daily operational tasks relating to L&D/training. For example:
  • Supporting in the administration and organizational tasks related to employee training.
  • Creation of e-learnings.
  • Managing the LMS platform to support the European region.
  1. Collaboration on the selection of external training providers: researching and selecting offers, matching offers to employee needs, and liaising with providers.
  • You will be involved in daily operational tasks on rolling out global HR processes and projects as well, related to: performance management, talent management, learning & development and culture. You will support the team (among others) in activities related to preparing, coordinating, communicating and data collection/analyses.
  • Based on your interests, you will have the possibility to explore different areas within HR.
