Intern – Lean Enterprise (To be based at Malabe) MAS is Sri Lanka’s largest exporter and South Asia’s largest design-to-delivery solution providers in apparel and textile manufacturing. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in research, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management in a fast-paced environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project coordination and execution. * Assist in creating and preparing presentations, reports, and project documentation. * Follow up with Strategic Business Units (SBUs) on data collection, requirement gathering, and status updates. * Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities by coordinating with teams and ensuring smooth execution. * Take meeting minutes, track action items, and follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely completion. * Participate in process mapping activities to document and improve business workflows. * Assist in preparing digital training materials and user guides based on system gate requirements & provide administrative. KEY QUALIFICATIONS * Undergraduate in Statistics, Business analytics, Physical Science from a recognized university. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word. * Ability to prepare clear presentations, reports, and documentation. * Basic understanding of business processes, process mapping, and workflow documentation is an advantage. * Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and follow up proactively with stakeholders. * Willingness to learn and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities. * Interest in digital transformation, systems implementation, and training support.
