Intern ‐ Lean Enterprise (MAS VAANAVIL BASED AT KILINOCHCHI) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Work jointly with the 5S team to improve and further develop the AKIMOTO Standards, ensuring alignment with plant quality and productivity goals. Conduct AKIMOTO Standard training sessions, facilitated by the plant team, to ensure proper understanding and consistent application across all areas. Regularly monitor and review the implementation of the developed standards to ensure adherence and identify areas for continuous improvement. Perform scheduled audits to evaluate compliance with AKIMOTO Standards. Develop and execute corrective action plans based on audit findings to drive ongoing improvement. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in business management. Strong analytical skills with an innovative mindset. Good knowledge on Lean Manufacturing tools. Strong communication and leadership skills
Responsibilities
