Intern ‐ Learning & Development (MAS KREEDA BASED AT BIYAGAMA) MAS KREEDA, is a division of MAS Holdings, exclusively producing high-performance sportswear for Nike. With manufacturing facilities in Jordan, Indonesia, and Sri Lanka, MAS KREEDA delivers a competitive edge by offering quick market access and ensuring top-tier quality control. The division's product range includes Bodywear, Knit, Fleece, Tees, Woven, Sweaters, Engineered Knit, and Bras, showcasing its diverse expertise in sportswear manufacturing. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in executing key talent development initiatives such as IDP programmes, women in management, critical talent development, shopfloor development, and global talent movement coordination. Support the L&D team in upcoming learning cycles by coordinating awareness sessions, creating presentation decks, and ensuring 100% employee participation and completion. Support the onboarding programmes for L&D together with the team. Maintain and update L&D-related databases accurately. Assist in sourcing and coordinating with external trainers. Contribute to the creation of training flyers, booklets, materials, certificates, and more. KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS Undergraduate or partially qualified in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Psychology, or General Business Management. Good knowledge of MS Excel and presentation skills are essential. Strong communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
