This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of employee training, development programs, and talent management. As an intern, you will support the L&D team in organizing, executing, and improving training and development initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Assist in coordinating and organizing training sessions, workshops, and seminars. Help prepare training materials and resources for various programs. Support in scheduling training events and communicating with employees regarding session details. Monitor and track employee attendance for training programs. Gather feedback from participants and assist in evaluating the effectiveness of training programs. Maintain and update the L&D database, records, and materials. Help research industry trends and best practices in employee learning and development. Support the team in administrative tasks related to learning and development initiatives. Assist in developing reports and presentations on training activities and results. Qualifications Are you bursting with fresh ideas and a hunger for learning? We want you! Here's what we're looking for: Academic Program: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree / diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field or equivalent. Skillset: You possess strong interest in learning and development, training, and employee growth. Personal traits: You have a structured approach, a driven and energetic personality, excellent communication and people skills, and the ability to work both in a team and independently. Commitment: You are ready to dedicate at least 6 months to this internship. Availability: You can join the internship for 5 days per week.
