Job Description
You will be assisting the Workspace Lease Management team on their daily operations.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the manager with arrears and credit control
  • Liaise with tenants, asset managers, relationship managers, and finance departments regarding rental payments, monitor progress, send reminders, and conduct legal searches
  • Manage arrears by strategising settlement agreements, creating payment schedules, collating legal documents, and assessing tenants’ financial standings etc. to develop solutions for rental arrears reduction
  • Support the manager in liaising with lawyers and internal legal advisors on litigation and executing site legal actions
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma in Business, Finance, Estate Management, or any related disciplines
  • A team player
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • A basic understanding of leasing would be advantageous
