Job Description
Successful applicants will work closely with the Lighthouse Canton group Legal & Business Solutions team. This is a great opportunity to gain exposure to the legal considerations, contractual arrangements and dealings of a multi-family office and fund management company.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Undergraduate Law Student (Year 2 and above only) with strong analytical skills.
  • Prior internship experience in legal and/or financial work is beneficial
  • Interested in tax, private client practice, financial services law or in the regulation of financial services entities
Responsibilities
  • Contribute and assist in legal research, which may involve researching the applicable law practice of Singapore and foreign jurisdictions.
  • Prepare meeting notes/minutes and briefs on client matters and presentation decks.
  • Perform ad-hoc administrative duties
