Job Description

PRIOR EXPERIENCE

• Any prior experience in legal, financial services, wealth management or funds related work is beneficial but not a precondition.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Undergraduate (Year 2 and above only) or postgraduate law students with keenness to learn, eye for detail, and an interest in the kind of work involved in this internship as mentioned in the duties and responsibilities section above.

• Draft and review legal documents such as varied contracts both within the group and with third parties. Assist with legal research or writing publications depending on what may be required. Credit will be given where due.
• Prepare any meeting notes/minutes, emails, and precis on client/prospect matters and business solutions/wealth management decks.
• Perform ad-hoc administrative duties related to the legal and business solutions functions only.
