In this highly visible role, you will have direct frequent communication and collaboration with different functions in Manufacturing Design and worldwide suppliers. You will join a team of passionate people to build a resilient supply chain in India for our products across LOBs. Your role is to understand the current supply chains, risks and a comprehensive strategy to build a competitive local supply chain for Feeder parts (BOM) , consumables and equipment. DESCRIPTION - Understand the current complex supply chain for MD India and associated risks . - Understand the manufacturing landscape in India for feeder parts( bill of material parts). - Conduct research and analyse the entry barriers for local supply chain to integrate into current ecosystem. - Work with global stakeholders to understand the lessons learnt in different geographies for bringing up the feeder parts supply chain. - Road map on how to scale & measurement of effectiveness for local supply chain. - Work with cross functional stakeholders to build a comprehensive localisation strategy. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS MBA – graduating in 2026 PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Analytical Thinking Clear and professional verbal and written communication Hands on experience in market research and strategy development Comfort in creating reports, writing emails, and presenting findings Have a sense of mission, Details oriented & strong initiative Ability to define Metrics – Total cost of ownership, Turnaround time, etc. Working experience in project management or localization is preferred
