KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Assist in the creation and preparation of CUSDEC (Customs Declaration) forms for international shipments. * Follow up and monitor the status of shipments to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance. * Prepare and organize final shipping documents, ensuring compliance with regulations.  * Support the logistics team in optimizing the supply chain process and improving operational efficiency. * Maintain and manage shipping records and documentation according to customs laws and customer requirements for the specified retention period. * Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve any issues related to logistics and customs clearance. * KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Undergraduate degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or a related field. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain processes, and customs procedures. * Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. * Eagerness to learn and contribute to a dynamic logistics environment. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. * Proactive attitude with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for assisting in the creation and preparation of Customs Declaration (CUSDEC) forms for international shipments and monitoring shipment status to ensure timely delivery and customs clearance.
