Department Description & Job Purpos The intern position is aimed towards legal and business professionals interested in developing a career in the field of Compliance and Regulatory consulting and developing services that enhance the compliance function in both project-based and ongoing operations. Interns support consultants in both project-based challenges and run service design, to respond to Allianz internal clients. The position is based in Munich, Germany. Key responsibilities: Support project-based work required by Allianz internal customers in the fields of Compliance and Regulatory. Support run service development work in the field of Compliance required by Allianz internal customers. Support research and coordination activities aimed to solve our client’s Compliance and Regulatory requirements. Taking care of project-related tasks, including all project deadlines and deliverables in the context of customer and stakeholder management. Analysis and implementation of upcoming compliance legislation across different Allianz entities around the world. Key requirements: Enrollment in a German University, or (for an internship) in a gap year. University degree in business, economics, law, or information technology. Other related university degrees may apply. Masters’ degree in a relevant field is desirable. No prior job experience is required for this position. English (C1) & German (B2) proficiency. Additional languages are a plus. Good MS Office proficiency (particularly Excel and PowerPoint). Sound understanding of general legal and business concepts. Strong team player attitude with high assertiveness and ability to work under pressure. Proactive and entrepreneurial spirit.
